Dusty ruby colour. Aromas of salt-cured plum, fine furniture, black tea with violet, and marinated grape leaves with a satiny, vibrant, fruity medium body and an interesting cedar, chocolate covered strawberries and liquorice finish. A concentrated, steak-worthy wine with lots of stately character.
