Feudi Di San Gregorio Falanghina 2024

Feudi di San Gregorio was established in 1986 in Sorbo Serpico, a tiny village in Campania's Irpinia region near Mount Vesuvius. It is one of Campania's premier winemaking estates, a modern expression of a centuries-old tradition of passion and dedication to the land. Feudi is a joint venture between the Ercolino and Capaldo families of Irpinia. The proprietors of this family-run estate have selected the finest vineyards to nurture this region's unique, indigenous varietals. Owner and winemaker Enzo Ercolino work closely with consultant Riccardo Cotarella, one of Italy's foremost enologists.

The straw yellow colour contains brilliant green reflections. Floral notes, like white blossoms and delicate apples and pears. Medium intensity, crisp minerality, with hints of spice, light almond and a slightly bitter orange peel character. The pretty floral notes and soft fruit flavours are fresh through the finish in perfect balance with the mouthwatering acidity.
