Kilchoman is an independently owned farm distillery founded by Anthony Wills on Rockside Farm, located on the remote west coast of Islay. Operating as a true farm-to-bottle pioneer, it remains one of the few traditional distilleries in Scotland to grow its own barley and maintain traditional floor maltings.
