A frothy and refreshing take on Lambrusco. The Radice is a salmon hued Lambrusco made using the petillant naturel method. On the palate there are notes of sour cherry, grapefruit and blood orange. Vibrantly acidic, the finish is dry with a touch of peppery spice.
