This Sangiovese and Merlot blend comes from the historic Ricasoli estate, in the heart of Chianti Classico. A short stint in stainless preserves the bright fruit. Pouring a very pale peach hue, with the dry, silken palate led by strawberry, and plums kissed with tangerine, pink florals, and a very fine rasp of spices. Quite elegant, as befits the brand legacy.
