This is a white wine with a beautiful personality thanks to the prolonged contact with the yeasts. The nose is fruity, of golden apple and yellow peach, wildflowers and mineral veins. On the palate, it is soft, fresh, savoury and with an enveloping heat perceptible at the sip, to give vivacity.
